Appraisal Ordering: Signing Up as a New Client

Effective 3/2/26, all appraisals must be ordered through ValueLink 

Signing Up as a New Client:

Access the ValueLink website by either of the following methods:

1. While within a loan application in the HUB, click on “Order Value Link Appraisal” (under the “Loan Processing” subsection)
2. –OR– Go to https://homebridge.spurams.com/login.aspx

Click on “Signup as a Client”

If Signing Up a New Company:

If you are a new user for a company that is not registered with ValueLink, select “My company is not registered at this time and this is a NEW account”:

• If your company is already registered with ValueLink and you’ll be signing up as a new user, select “My company is an EXISTING client and I need a username and password” and skip to the “Input User Details” section Input Company Details:

1. Fill out the following fields within the “Company Details” subsection:
2. Company Name
3. Client Type: Defaults to “Bank” (however, there is a drop-down to select company type. Note: this will not affect registration or future order processing)
4. Address
5. City
6. State
7. Zip
8. Phone
9. Email
10. If desired, provide Alt. Phone and/or Fax

Input User Details:

Fill out the following fields within the “User Details” subsection:

1. Company Name (only required if signing up as a new user for an already registered company – NOTE: Start typing your company name here to see if it appears. If not, the company has not yet been registered. If so, go back to Signing Up a New Company instructions)
2. First Name
3. Last Name
4. Username
5. Email
6. Password
7. Confirm Password

*Note: Password must be at least 12 characters long, contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one special characterOnce complete, click on “Submit Information” to continue.

Confirmation:

The next page shows confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted.

• Click “Done” to proceed to the sign-in page:

Sign-in with New Credentials

Once in the login page, input username and password and click “Log In” to sign in:

Placing Orders

Once registered as a user, orders can be placed immediately.
