Submit for Credit Decision (Loan Submission)

To submit a loan to REMN for credit decision, begin by uploading the Initial Submission Package. |

Click Loan Processing to open the menu then Upload/View Documents.
|

Click Upload Documents at the bottom of the screen.
|
|
3 |
· Category and Doc Type will auto complete. · Description is optional. · Click Browse to navigate to the Borrower’s documents on your computer.
Note: Only PDF's, TIFF's, TXT, HTM, HTML and XML can be uploaded to the REMN Portal. |

Select the document to be uploaded and click Open.

Click Upload.
Helpful Tip: Use the Add button to upload multiple documents simultaneously. |

The file(s) will display under Broker Uploaded Documents.
|

7 |
To delete an uploaded file, check Remove next to the file, and click the Remove Documents button at the bottom of the screen. Documents may only be deleted prior to submission.

Submit Loan to Setup
|
1 |
Select Loan Submission to open the menu and click Loan Submission.
|
|
2 |
• Select Submit Loan to Setup.
|
|
3 |
Required Data Fields Missing message will be received for any missing or conflicting loan information.
Notes: · Use the arrow icon to open the list in a window outside of the Portal to make the required changes without losing the list of missing fields. · For Loan Information/Lock mismatch If Lock is correct, update loan information from the Short Application. If Loan information is correct, update the rate lock from Pricing and Lock Management. |
